Babubaji Terms & Conditions

01 Introduction & Eligibility

Welcome to Babubaji. This Terms & Conditions document serves as a legal agreement between Babubaji and its users. By using the babubaji.app website or mobile app, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.

You should not register on Babubaji without reading and understanding the Terms & Conditions. If any part is unclear, please contact our support team — they are available to assist in Bengali.

This agreement applies to personal use only. Using Babubaji for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

02 Account Registration

To open an account with Babubaji, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration — including your name, mobile number, and email.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be suspended and the associated balances may be forfeited.
• Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method are not permitted.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Sharing your account with anyone else or using it on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

Babubaji may request a national ID or other supporting documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Withdrawals may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.

03 Deposits & Payments

Babubaji currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• A minimum deposit amount is set and may be subject to change.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Deposits are typically reflected in your balance within a few seconds of being made.
• If a deposit is delayed for any reason, please contact our support team.
• Depositing funds for money laundering or any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.

04 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met in order to withdraw from Babubaji:

• Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies.
• Withdrawals are normally completed within 15–30 minutes. Additional time may be required while a verification process is ongoing.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — this is only possible once the wagering requirements have been met.
• Babubaji reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious activity.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Babubaji regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed:

• Each bonus has a designated wagering requirement — for example, you may need to wager 10–30x the bonus amount before withdrawing.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account termination.
• Bonus offers have an expiry date — any bonus not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
• Withdrawing without meeting the bonus requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Babubaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Babubaji:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If a bet fails due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be returned to your balance.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bets confirmed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• Any attempt to manipulate the betting system will result in immediate account termination.
• Odds may change during live betting due to network delays.

Babubaji's decisions regarding platform systems and match results are final. Claims cannot be based on results from third-party sources.

07 Responsible Gaming

Babubaji believes betting is for entertainment, not addiction. Responsible gaming is a core principle of our platform, which is why we offer the following features:

• The option to set your own deposit limits.
• Option to voluntarily pause your account for a set period of time.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Babubaji may close or suspend a user's account for any of the following reasons:

• For violating any part of these Terms & Conditions.

• For misusing the system or any bonus offers.
• If there is suspicion of illegal activity.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned through the standard process, unless a forfeiture decision has been made due to a breach of terms.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

The personal information you provide when registering on Babubaji is used solely to operate the platform and improve our services. We do not sell your data to any third party.

• All transactions are processed using encrypted security protocols.
• Two-factor authentication is used to keep your account secure.

10 Changes & Updates

Babubaji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. The date of any changes will be noted on this page. For significant updates, registered users may be notified via email or SMS.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you have the option to close your account.
